TOD No Minimum for Parking

Hello - I have project placed within a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Overlay. For this city the zoning code in this overlay now says there is "no minimum" for off street parking.

Motorcycle parking spaces

When determining the actual parking capacity of the project, do the small motorcycle parking spaces count ? Since motorcycles do not allow carpool, it would seem coherent to exclude motorcycle park

Hello! The LEED Credit web site lists the hardly legible ITE parking ratios table 3rd Edition as a resource for determining baseline ratios.

When registering a project in LEED Online the gross floor area is used. Gross floor area is calculated from the exterior walls. https://usgbc.org/glossary#gross-floor-area-gfa

Hello - how do i calculate the baseline parking capacity of an airport ? - it is not included in the TABLE 1 - Base Ratios for parking spaces, by building type.

Fire Station minimum parking?

Looking for suggestions on how to determine the parking ratio for a Fire Station.  There doesn't seem to be any use within the Base Ratios Table that align with a Fire Station.

Our project is a "last mile" distribution center where there's a car staging area for delivery.  Does this count towards parking?  I assume the staging area is considered part of facility

Even given the fact that LEED does not want to encourage automobile use, it seems excessively onerous to me to require a project to meet a 40% reduction if it earns even 1pt in Density or Transit.
