Hi! We are working on a project that does not provide any off-street parking on site but parking spaces for employees are leased from 3 nearby parking garages.

Even given the fact that LEED does not want to encourage automobile use, it seems excessively onerous to me to require a project to meet a 40% reduction if it earns even 1pt in Density or Transit.

I don't have a copy of this to hand but need to know the content of Tables 18-2 to 18-4.
