Definition of Carpool that fulfills the LT Reduced Parking Exemplary Requirements

It is my understanding that the definition of carpool is “an arrangement by which 2 or more people share a vehicle for transportation” but can anyone please provide a definition of "carpool" that fulfills the LT Reduced parking exemplary requirements?

Hi Quentin, I'm not sure that the core definition of carpool changes for the EP requirement, just the amount of carpool parking that needs to be provided.
