Reduced Parking Footprint Calculation

The project building is gallery, museum. Museum category is not included in the Table - Base Ratios for parking spaces, by building type. What is the best option for calculation it? Thank you. Best Regards Sefa Sahin

Hi Sefa, good question. Project types seem to be coming up that are not addressed in the Base Ratios Table so you are not alone in your experience. My recommendation is to contact GBCI to get direction on this. Please let us know what they say!
