One of our clients is developing an expansion to an existing airport.
In the scope of this expansion, no additional carparks will be developed (i.e., existing carparks will not be altered and no additional parking places will be added).
Can the project achieve the above mentioned credit (Reduced parking footprint) ? Please note that according to the Reference Guide (step by step guidance) “Projects with no associated off-street parking automatically achieve credit compliance; no calculations or preferred parking spaces are required”.
