Preferred Parking (Carpool parking) Management Strategies for Stadium

Are there different carpool/preferred parking strategies outlined by LEED for game days and non-game days? The stadium being constructed will attract 30,000 people on game days (one day a week) and limited office staff for the remainder of the week.

Quentin, LEED doesn't specify different strategies. If you think different strategies would be appropriate, and truly meet the spirit of "preferred parking," I think you could write a narrative to try to justify it. What did you have in mind?
