Hello LEEDuser Community,

I am working on a military project where a barrack-like building houses 192 occupants for training classes. These spaces are used only as long as the students are undergoing training at this military installation. The students undergo training throughout the day and are transported from the barrack-like building to the training center via four buses. In addition, 52 POV parking spaces have been provided. Would the buses qualify as carpool/vanpool vehicles? 

The buses are specific to the transportation of students while they are undergoin training. They do not follow a pre-determined route such as a city bus would and therefore would not qualify as transit service per the LTc5 Quality Transit credit.
