I am working on a project located on a University Campus. The building usage/type is most closely related to a dormitory. The project has a small designated parking area for the residents only. I have looked through the LEED reference manual, and cannot find a building type that seems to fit this project in the Base Ratios table. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to classify this building to be able to figure out the base ratios for this credit?
