Dear All,

 

In case 2. (Dense and/or transit-served location), the credit requires that the number of parking spaces must achieve a 40% reduction from the base ratios recommended by the Parking Consultants Council. How can I achieve this credit if the minimum local code requirements for parking capacity is higher than 40% reduction from the base ratios recommended by the Parking Consultants Council?
