The main entrance of my project is the parking entrance. Should I measure the walking distance to the diverse uses from this point?

Option 2 states: "Construct or renovate a building or a space within a building such that the building’s main entrance is within a ½-mile (800-meter) 

Our project is a 5 storey addition to the east side of an existing campus centre.

for option 1 is the density found to be equal to or greater than the values in the table!!

This credit measures walking distance from the building's "main entrance" while the transit access credit specifies measurement from any "functional entrance".

Under v3, ATMs were not allowed as a service (had to be a full-service bank). Is this still true under v4? I don't see anything about ATMs.  Thanks!
