NC-v4 LTc4:Surrounding density and diverse uses

Hi all!

we have a building in a high density area, however we also have general difficulty in calculating the exact density, we have a zoning map of the city, it shows the allowable building density of the area (eg FAR >0.8), we are not sure if the planned density is acceptable?
