Dear All,

One of our clients is developing an expansion to an existing airport.

This expansion will not have direct entrances to the exterior neither to carparks. Accesses to the expansion zone will be done via entrances located in the existing building with which the expansion connects. Existing building has several exterior entrances located in different zones (e.g., arrivals, departures) as it is common in airports.

For purposes of the above mentioned credits (Diverse Uses and Access to Quality Transit), walkable distance may be measured using any of the public entrances of the existing building ? Or are there any criteria that we must use to choose the eligible entrances ?

Thanks in advance.
