At BuildingGreen (2006–2017), I created LEEDuser.com—the industry-standard platform serving 10,000+ sustainability professionals navigating LEED certification. I interviewed the top experts in each credit category, documented where practices could be routinized versus where innovation was required, and built a space where project teams shared real-time learning. 

At the Health Product Declaration Collaborative (2018–current), I've facilitated consensus among 487 companies—manufacturers, architects, health advocates, regulators—coordinating technical committees and helping competing interests find common ground on supply chain transparency standards.

As a Vermont State Representative (2023–2025), I served on the House Corrections & Institutions Committee, building consensus across political divides and learning what it takes to facilitate productive conversations when people start from very different places.
