We are working on a project that does not yet meet the density requirement but is expected to see substantial development in the near future. Is there a time requirement for future development / density? 24 months from project completion for example?

Hi Laura, Per the LEED Reference Guide (p82 in the August 2017 edition), "To be eligible, uses that are planned but not currently operating must be occupied within one year of the date of the LEED project’s initial certificate of occupancy." I hope that helps, Kara
