My client is developing a big parcel of land. We are applying certification for only a small part of it (about 2%). The LEED-project has its own parking and a % of it is for green vehicles.

Has anybody tried this credit? Our client is OK with the commitment for buses, but they also need all of their school-owned vehicles to have an ACEEE score of 45.

Page 128 of the v4 Reference Guide shows a picture of preferred parking signage that includes the words "Permit Required".
