Project with no associated off-street parking

Hi! Could a project with no associated off-street parking achieve credit compliance by installing electrical vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) in a taxi station near the project and having signage in the building to let building users know that it is available? Thanks! Miriam

Hi Miriam, Sorry for the super late reply! Hopefully this is still applicable for you... I recently tried to go for this credit with a similar situation. No parking available directly in my LEED boundary, but users still had access to nearby parking lots. GBCI informed me that if I can write a reasonable narrative stating the proportion of cars that users of my project would use, then I can from there determine a percentage of applicable EVs. I'm not sure exactly what the situation is with your tax station but I hope that is helpful.
