NC-v4 LTc8:Green vehicles

Off-site charging station

My client is developing a big parcel of land. We are applying certification for only a small part of it (about 2%). The LEED-project has its own parking and a % of it is for green vehicles. About 200m from the LEED-site is a transit hub (for public transpo) for the whole development where electric public vehicles will frequently be. I would like to ask if we can still get the credit points if we locate the charging station in the transit hub instead of within the LEED-boundary for the following reasons: 1. The transit hub is owned by the same client. 2. The transit hub is quite near the LEED-site. 3. The e-charger will be able to service not only e-cars but also e-buses and other e-vehicles.

Hi Kristina, Check out my response here - I think that it applies to your project as well. It sounds like you have a well thought out process here, I would say that a good narrative is the key to success for this one.   Good luck!
