Dear all, we are currently working on a LEED Warehouses project including also some offices and a parking area. The owner will not follow the LEED Warehouses requirement for electrical connection at docks location (option 2) and doesn't have an on-site fleet for option 1 but he is willing to install EV charging stations on its parking. Is it possible for a LEED Warehouses project to follow LEED NC Option for EV charging station? or is it possible to do it as an Innovation in Design Credit? Thanks,

Hi Charline, This seems reasonable to me but it would be good to confirm this approach with GBCI directly. You can contact them via LEED Coach and get a written response to include in our LEED documentation. Best of luck and please let us know what they come back with!
