Can EV parking spots be the FEV spaces as well? I have a project with relatively few (26) parking spots (for the size of the project) and the owner wants the vast amount (21), for building execs, to have EV chargers. The remainder of the spaces (5) are for their fleet service vans - so there is no room for separate, FEV preferred spaces. Can we make a couple of the EV spaces nearest the entry the effective FEV spaces - with signage that limits their usage to EV (and/or FEV if USGBC really wants to open it to ACEEE minimum 45 score vehicles)?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Chris, I recommend you check LEED v4.1. This credit is updated for electric vehicles and the spaces for ACEEE vehicles is no longer required. You can use LEED v4.1 credits on LEED v4 projects.

Thank you Dionisio! With all the other changes in v4.1 I missed this, but this is very helpful (as is the related changes in LTc6).
