Will RECs from TIGR fulfill the credit requirement for EAc4 LEED CI v2009 ?

For a project in Singapore the client are planning on purchasing Green RECs from TIGR.

Big project site = more than 400m walking distance to nearest bus stop, but there is a shuttle service within the property.

We're working on a project with a big project site, and the nearest bus stop is more than 400m walking distance from some of the buildings.

Where to find Evapotranspiration Rates of a location?

In the v4_Outdoor Water Use Reduction Calculator, there is a tab where you need to key in the Monthly Rainfall and Evaportranspiration Rate (ETo) for the location of the project.

Hi, related to LEED 4.1 NC Energy and Atmosphere requirements: When purchasing Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and/or carbon offsets, there is a one-year term option and a fifteen-year term option.

Hi, Has anyone tried putting floor markings on grass cells/pavers to indicate the reserved parking spots for green vehicles?

I have seen this question asked but not answered. We have a client who will renovate three floors of an office building; typical CI project. The issue is that they will do floors 7, 17, 18.
