Has anyone heard of an alternative method for combining preferred parking for green vehicles and also providing a discount? My project has very limited parking and does not want to designate too many as preferred for green vehicles (we are meeting the EV charging station requirement). They are asking to provide half the amount, and then provide maybe a 10% discount versus 20% parking discount. We aren't meeting reduced parking footprint either because of hte small size and having to designate a ton of spaces to carpool/vanpool. Anyone heard of maybe combining also the carpool/vanpool with green vehicles for just 1 point versus achieving both points?
This is a residential project so the carpool/vanpool option just makes no sense!

Hi Rita, I am not personally aware of a project successfully combining the two, but given your project constraints, it seems like you *may* be able to reasonably state your case. Have you been able to reach GBCI about this and discuss with them?
