LEED Communities- non-contiguous land included

ND-v4 MPR2: Must use reasonable LEED boundaries
posted by Lidia Johansen on Mar 5, 2024, 6:21 pm

Lidia, you're correct there's no LEEDuser forum for Communities despite its official status. I'm unaware of non-contiguous land provisions in Communities, but it may not be a good idea to look toward ND because the two systems were developed very differently. ND doesn't allow non-contiguous land, except for intervening street rights-of-way. For Communities, you may want to check with USGBC staff. Eliot Log in or register to post comments 1 Vote up!
