Looking for anyone who has done or attempted to do this credit. Seems like an incredible amount of work for 1 point. we are estimating half the amount of effort as the entire LEED project...

Our project has three different types roof

1. Sloped roof with a centria metal panel
2. White Roof
3. Green Roof
4. Elevator bulkhead "roof"???

I am assuming that...

Even then I can usually make the software give me a total land area in the radius calc quickly but I still have to do a decent amount of manually going back and forth with tax databases. ...
