hello,

im pursuing a project which is going with the rating LEED 2009 C&S. i have a question, in my case the owner himself will use the space for his own purpose and will not be leased to any 3rd party. so, how should i go with the documentation for this credit SSc9?

is there a need to prepare "tenant design & construction guidelines document"?

Prudhvi, it would seem that you do not need to provide this document since there will be no tenants. This is an optional credit, and you will not be able to earn the credit for this project.

Hello, We are pursuing this credit for LEED v4 BD+C Core and Shell and the owner is currently the tenant, but according to LEED User 'This credit requires that the building owner provide guidelines to all potential future tenants of the CS space.' Are we still eligible for this credit in case of future tenants or does the CS rating system exclude projects with owner/users? Thank you in advance.
