It seems that many credits no longer ask for any backup to be uploaded. Including this one. This lack makes us uncomfortable because we've always uploaded plans sheets. How would they review this credit without seeing any submeters? Are others still uploading documents that they are not asking for? Or is this kind of thing part of stream lining the documentation, and we don't need to spend time doing that?

Hi Michelle,
I've scratched my head on this one too.
GBCI requires cut sheets of plumbing fixtures to document compliance with the Indoor Water calc but only need the HVAC schedules to document refrigerant calcs.
Water metering credit is 'check box' and provide a narrative while the Advanced Energy Metering credit requires specific list of energy meters and cut sheets of each energy meter.
It has been my experience that submissions seem to be easier for all when we provide exactly what is requested by the LEED Online credit template.
would be insterested to hear from others on this forum with respect to 'what to upload onto LO platform?'.
good post!

HI all - this is one of several credits that may not cite prescriptive documentation. It may be because the water meters do not need to be smart" or be readable remotely data, etc. However I/we always supply a marked up riser diagram and usually details for where the meters are installed. This serves as an important QC to the design work and often identifies small gaps across documents. Just supply what is needed to support your "claim" and nothing more is how I operate (usually). Hope this helps!
