ND-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

LEED Communities - non-contiguous land included

Dear All

There is no option to choose LEED Communities here despite the fact that there is a LEED Communities v4.1 version. I had to choose ND, which is the closest type of assessment. The project we are assessing has non-contiguous parcels and I was wondering if these can be assessed together for LEED Communities.

Lidia, you're correct there's no LEEDuser forum for Communities despite its official status. I'm unaware of non-contiguous land provisions in Communities, but it may not be a good idea to look toward ND because the two systems were developed very differently. ND doesn't allow non-contiguous land, except for intervening street rights-of-way. For Communities, you may want to check with USGBC staff. Eliot
