Living Building Challenge- Materials & LEED MR CreditsLEED v4.1 Discussion Forumposted by Dane Andersen on May 5, 2021, 11:17 amDoes anyone know if there is "reciprocity", so to speak, between Living Building Challenge- Materials Petal and LEED MR and EQ credit documentation? I am working on a project pursuing LBC full certification and LEED Platinum, and I would love it if I didn't need to fill out both the LBC Red List spreadsheet and the LEED BPDO and Low-Emitting Materials spreadsheets (that's a helluva lot of duplicate work). Does anyone know if LEED accepts LBC documentation, or vice-versa? Anyone else pursue both of these certifications simultaneously? Thank you! United States ... Project with no parking- can we avoid calculations in Option 1CI-v4.1 LTc5: Reduced parking footprintposted by Sophie Kerr on Jan 24, 2022, 1:03 pmMichael Project Manager LEEDuser Basic Member 14 thumbs up May 4, 2022- 5:53 am I have the same problem with the shared/pooled parking of the base building. Basically, the base building doesn't assign any specific parking lots to us. So we don't know how many parking spaces we own or under ID+C scope, we park together with other non-LEED projects. In LEED v4 Further explanation, there is a part: "determine the share of this parking allocated to the project. Include this number of spaces in the total parking capacity and provide the rationale for any parking distribution." I'm... Last reply: Eunice Chong, Nov 29, 2022, 1:37 am |

Does Boston's MBTA Silver Line count as Bus Rapid Transit?NC-v4 LTc5: Access to quality transitposted by Eric Dammeyer on Nov 17, 2022, 9:27 amOur team is working on a project in Boston located near the MBTA Silver Line (0.46 miles from the Silver Line Way stop). The bus system runs in a dedicated transit tunnel from Silver Line Way to South Station in downtown Boston, which would classify it as a BRT. However, after the Silver Line Way station the buses take surface streets for the remainder of their routes (some in dedicated bus lanes, but most are intermixed with regular traffic), which would classify them as regular buses. Since the stop is greater than 0.25 miles from our nearest functional entry, whether the Silver Line... |
