CI-v4 LTc2:Surrounding density and diverse uses

Calculating the surrounding density

For the requirement of combined density,

1. can it be met by demonstrating the calculation of non-residential building only?

2. Or, the calculation should at least include residential buildings and non-residential buildings?

3. Refer to question 2, what if the calculation only include 1 to 2 residentail building(s), can the requirement still be met? 

4. The requirement interpretation of Combined density is for Residential density and Non-residential density respectively. That means residential density >5050sqm/hectare and non-residential density <5050sqm/hectare?
