Medical space types not listed in the Minimum IAQ Performance CalculatorHealthcare-v4 EQp1: Minimum indoor air quality performanceposted by Edgar Arevalo on Oct 18, 2024, 3:16 pmI am currently working on a LEED v4 Healthcare project, and the Minimum IAQ Performance calculator does not have space types that would be typical for a medical center or hospital. I feel we can pick a space type from the original list that best matches with the space types in the hospital, but I feel like a lot of the space types in the hospital may not match at all with any of the given spaces types in the calculator. Has anyone had the same issues with their calculators? EQp1 United States ... Last reply: Cory Duggin, Oct 18, 2024, 3:20 pm |

Baseline parking for a DATACENTERNC-v4 LTc7: Reduced parking footprintposted by Marion THIBAULT on Jun 23, 2020, 12:10 pmHi everyone, I'm working on a DATACENTER project, and I can't find the baseline parking capacity for this type of building. It is not included in the "TABLE 1- Base Ratios for parking spaces, by building type." neither in the "Institute of Transportation Engineers’ Transportation Planning Handbook, 4th edition, Table 11-12."? Which of these 2 document references should be used? And for a DATA CENTER which type of building do I have to use? Warehouse? Industrial park? Other? Thanks a lot for your answers. Multiple Cx Agents for the Option PathsNC-v4 EAc1: Enhanced Commissioningposted by Saagar Patel on Feb 25, 2020, 9:52 amI do commissioning and I work at a design firm. When a customer pursues both Fundamental and Enhanced cx- my group would not be able to do the Cx of the project. However, we believe there is a lot of value in doing MBCx for our customers as well as for to confirm the performance of our design. Is it possible to to have a independent third party perform the tasks for fundamental and enhanced cx, but have our team perform MBCx services? If so, what would be the proper mechanism to do that ie: owner has the contact for MBCx or we are sub to the cx agent? EAc1 ... Last reply: Joyce Kelly, Oct 8, 2024, 8:57 am |

Input of Solar Energy in ARCEBOM-v4.1 EAp3: Energy Performanceposted by Pulak Goyal on Oct 1, 2024, 6:30 amI have a whole building going for LEED EBOM v4.1 certification. The owner uses onsite generated renewable energy besides the energy from the grid. Out of the total renewable energy production, most of it is used by the owner, and the rest is exported. Out of the used energy, a lot of it is also sold as RECs. I have input the energy sold as RECs as "purchased from grid", and the remaining energy (after excluding the exported energy also) is input as "generated onsite solar". Is this the right way to enter this into ARC? EAp3 South America ... |
