I have a question regarding costs related to reused materials.
As I am reusing furniture on my LEED project from the same building that belongs to the owner (cost : 0 $), I am going to consider the cost of equivalent new furniture for MRc4 credit and BPDO calculator (as recommended in MRc1 credit). Should I include this cost to the total materials costs in "Instructions ID+C" step 3 of the calculator?
It wouldn't seem logical to do so, as the owner isn't really paying for this furniture, but on the other hand not including it gives me a total material cost result of 160% for the sustainable criteria value in the summary, which seems like a lot!
