No Brainer for projects with community programsPilot-Credits IPpc89: Social equity within the communityposted by Abby McDonald on May 19, 2022, 1:12 pmMauricio Ramirez Bovis Project Management SA de CV LEEDuser Basic Member 1 thumbs up March 15, 2023- 9:46 pm My experience is thate, if your project already has community engagement programs or synergies with other programs, then you are ok. If you haven't that, you can find that starting from scratch could be a lot of effort for the point provided, but nontheless the extra effort really could help to improve the community and offently doesn't cost much to the project, and create a positive impact to the broader community. using HPD as supporting documentationNC-v4 EQc2: Low-emitting materialsposted by Erin Holdenried on Jun 29, 2022, 11:28 amA lot of HPDs indicate the VOC content of a product and/or the emissions compliance (such as Greenguard Gold). Would an HPD be accepted as supporting documentation from this credit, particulary if it's a self-prepared HPD? This would really help streamline documentation across credits. EQc2 ... Open-plan office classification under Thermal Comfort controlsNC-v4 EQc5: Thermal comfortposted by Norbert Harmathy on Jul 8, 2022, 8:09 amAllison Smith Sustainable Design Leader HKS, Inc. LEEDuser Premium Member 42 thumbs up July 8, 2022- 6:00 pm Hello Norbert- The first thing to understand about this credit is the difference between Indivdual occupant and Multioccupant. I run into a lot of confusion from team members because it doesn't always align with how they view the terms. It is important to note that mulioccupant spaces include meeting rooms, breakout rooms, and other areas where a group of people are working together. An individually occupied spaces include private offices AND open offices. This is because people... Last reply: , Nov 7, 2023, 10:24 am |

Lighting control + color rendering requirements for v4.1NC-v4.1 EQc6: Interior lightingposted by Ashleigh Fischer on Aug 11, 2022, 2:29 pmBryna Dunn Vice President Moseley Architects LEEDuser Premium Member 10 thumbs up August 12, 2022- 4:49 pm My guess is that you found an error in the reference guide. Curiously, that same line was in the April 2021 version and in the November 2020 version. But since that requirement is not in the actual balloted rating system, I do not believe it can be introduced in the unballoted reference guide. I personally think it might have been inadvertently pasted there and then just overlooked (until now!). Group approach- Minimum requirement complianceNC-v4 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performanceposted by Luis Andrade on May 2, 2023, 12:54 pmHello everyone! I am working on 2 buildings that are registered in one project following the group approach. We did not report the buildings seperatly on the MEPC in the first submittal and, as such, the GBCI reviewer just commented that we needed to do that (report multiple buildings on the MEPC) and to "show that each building independently complies with the prerequisite requirement. It is noted that to document both buildings in one MEPC, line 20 in the General Information tab shall be updated to state yes to multiple buildings." When filling out the MEPC, we do notice some...
