Surprised Triple Bottom Line Analysis isn't here

LEED v5 BD+C/ID+C: Integrative Process, Planning, And Assessments Public Comments

I think the Triple Bottom Line assessment (i.e. quantifying the value/impact of the design) would be beneficial in this category for 3 reasosn: Alignment with USGBC's Strategic Plan: Placing the ESG-Informed Design credit within the Integrative Process category would better align with the USGBC's strategic objectives, fostering a more cohesive approach to sustainability in building design and construction. Empowerment of Design Teams: By incorporating the ESG-Informed Design credit into the Integrative Process category, design teams would be equipped with the tools necessary to address first-cost...

I suggest that the current pilot credits for triple bottom line analysis i.e. "Informing Design Using Triple Bottom Line Analysis" and “Informing Design by Major Credit Category Using Triple Bottom Line Analysis” become a full permanent credit that can be used to achieve points under Project Priorities. There are hundreds of examples of the credits being used and a great deal...

If your user groups are already separate tabs, you shouldn't need to adjust any uses per day- the calculator already knows what they expect/want to be used for frequency. Andrey Kuznetsov ESG consultant, LEED AP BD+C Self Employed LEEDuser Basic Member 33 thumbs up May 10, 2024- 5:40 am I think- no, since it would be a lot of problems, which solving would "cost" relativly high. For instance:-- At constrution review at least 60 % of the project’s gross floor area must be complete- i think it would be impossible in your case since this "completeness" includes fit-out. -- You need to provide energy modelling "as build" including HVAC equipment that must be installed at tennant zones.-- At WE prerequisite you also need to include...
