I have a whole building going for LEED EBOM v4.1 certification. The owner uses onsite generated renewable energy besides the energy from the grid. Out of the total renewable energy production, most of it is used by the owner, and the rest is exported. Out of the used energy, a lot of it is also sold as RECs. I have input the energy sold as RECs as "purchased from grid", and the remaining energy (after excluding the exported energy also) is input as "generated onsite solar".  Is this the right way to enter this into ARC? EAp3 South America ...

We are currently working on a 4000 sq ft park shelter project located in an existing park in Madison, Wisconsin. The local ordinance states that parks and playgrounds do not have a minimum parking requirement. There is an existing parking lot associated with the site. we are not adding or reducing any parking. Would we still meet the the reduced parking credit requirement if we do not add any reserve car pool spots in the parking lot as we are not doing any work in that area? electrical grid emissions or district energy emissions or refrigerant leakage emissions, which I am suggesting be added. We want to strive towards zero emissions buildings. I would rename the paths "Plan for..." or "Design for..." Zero Emissions by 2050.  ...

Please consider renaming this section from “Planning for Zero Waste Operations” instead to “Planning for No- to Low-Waste Operations”. (Zero waste is a problematic and discouraging term.) ...
