Does ist still make sense to get Core and Shell certification (eg.air quality and recyclable materials will be rated for ESG in the whole building. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks a lot in advance! Germany ...

Hi, Has anyone had any issues filling out the minimum energy performance calculator? We have followed ASHRAE guidance for modelling but some of the inputs don't align with what is in the LEED spreadsheet. As a lot of the spreadsheet is locked, we can't edit values and we just keep getting reporting errors. I've had a few engineers/energy modellers look at it but we can't seem to find a solution.
