Shared Parking Spaces and Existing EV Charging Stations on University CampusNC-v4 LTc8: Green vehiclesposted by Ashley Hu on Jul 27, 2018, 3:05 pmis in a lot with existing EVSE, that's fine to use (as long as it's not allocated to another LEED project, as you mention). Split review for BD+C LEED v4LEED Reviews: Appeals, Design/Construction Submittals, and moreposted by Konstantina Kalliakoudi on Oct 8, 2018, 4:22 amHello to all, I am going to start my first project and I have following questions: Ι am going for the Design Review first. 1) Is it possible to make for the design credits a progressive submission for review or must it done by a final submission. 2) The project registration in Leed on line hasn't be done yet. Where can I see the design credits? 3) What is the result of the Design review? What will my client get? The Certification Review Report? And what is the certification report? Looks it like a scorecard for the design phase? Thank you ... Last reply: Konstantina Kalliakoudi, Oct 11, 2018, 3:07 am |

Open space outside LEED project boundaryNC-v4 SSc3: Open spaceposted by Omar Elrawy on Oct 20, 2018, 7:31 amTristan Roberts Representative Vermont House of Representatives LEEDuser Expert 11477 thumbs up October 23, 2018- 2:12 pm No, if you are going to use it to help you with this credit, you also need to count it toward other credits. Why not just bring it inside the LEED project boundary? If it is serving the project building and owned by the same owner, it seems quite rationale to do so.
