With USGBC just announcing the jump in membership fees, does anyone know if there will be corresponding alteration in the discount level for certification fees for each different level? Currently there is about a 20% reduction in certification fees for being a sliver or higher member.

We've certainly never heard anything along those lines. Though it would certainly be welcome. We haven't realized very much benefit from years of being a Proven Provider.

soap box moment....
Proven Provider is a great way to market a company's track record for perfect reviews and it provides a quicker turn-around when submitting a LEED application for review. It also includes a post review call with the LEED review team so that all can learn from the application. All great things!
From our customers perspective however, they expect any LEED consultant they hire to guide them to their targeted LEED certification level. Our customers may have a target date set to receive their LEED certification award (which abbreviated Proven Provider review return times may help with) but they are not concerned with how many review comments we as the LEED consultant need to respond to.
I have lost previous jobs to non-Proven Providers due to cost. It would be nice for GBCI to reduce costs for Proven Providers since less time is spent on the reviews (but time is added for the post-review call). Not sure we will see a cost reduction for this program.
I'd bet that international LEED consultants have better experience obtaining projects with their Proven Provider status than consultant here in the States.
....that's my two cents.
