Hello to all,
I am going to start my first project and I have following questions:
Ι am going for the Design Review first.
1) Is it possible to make for the design credits a progressive submission for review or must it done by a final submission.
2) The project registration in Leed on line hasn't be done yet. Where can I see the design credits?
3) What is the result of the Design review? What will my client get? The Certification Review Report? And what is the certification report? Looks it like a scorecard for the design phase?
Thank you

1. All of the design credits you will submitting for the design review should be completed when you submit them. This includes all of the Project Information forms and documents. Some of the design credits can be deferred to the construction submission. Not sure exactly what you mean by a progressive submission. If you do a split submission you submit the design credits, they get a preliminary and a final review. Same for the construction credits review. You receive written review comments in each phase.
2. The best place is in LEED online. It used to be on the checklists but I don't think it is anymore. I think this issue was address previously and seem to recall that there was someplace else but I can't remember where.
3. The report will include written comments related to each credit submitted. Those comments in the preliminary phase will tell you what you need to do and submit for the final review. The final review comments will indicate whether you have earned the credit or not. If not there will be an explanation for why. If you Google LEED certification review report you can see a couple of samples that people have put on the web.

I wanted to add to Marcus' thorough answer...
1. If by progressive you mean "submit things as you complete them," the answer is no. You prepare the entire design application and only submit the package when all items are ready to be reviewed as a group.
2. The Getting Started section of the Reference Guide for BD+C v4 has a Quick Reference heading (starting on page 20 of the August 2018 PDF) that identifies Design or Construction Credits (as well as Campus/Group Eligibility and Exemplary Performance). You can access additional details including sample forms (for what you will eventually see in LEED Online once registered) through the Credit Library - https://www.usgbc.org/credits. FYI: The Getting Started section might also be an excellent resource for you as a first time LEED project member. It is available online for free - https://www.usgbc.org/guide/bdc. See Maintaining Consistency in the Application heading for the Quick Reference I mentioned above but you would benefit from all headings of Getting Started as well as Minimum Program Requirements.
Another good resource for you is the LEED project toolkit - https://www.usgbc.org/leed/tools (also https://www.usgbc.org/leed/tools/leed/tools/).

Adding on to Michelle's comments.
2. The Credit Library does indeed contain all the forms. It helps simplify the search if you apply the filters to LEEDv4 and the specific credit category. Also, you may have difficulty reading the forms...Google Chrome does not work, Internet Explorer works for some folks. You may need to have your tech support contact USGBC's tech support. Good luck.
