Estimating the Peak Visitors

Hi,

Is there an accepted methodology for calculating the number of peak visitors. I am working on a Core & Shell Office therefore its not straightforward to estimate ?

If ENERGY STAR does not have a certification for dryers or washer/dryer combos, are combos excluded from the prerequisite?

I submitted a Memo on Letterhead stating which parts of the facilities where going to be used on non school hours. However, LEED also wants an a Shared use policy?
