Dave Hubka Practice Leader- Sustainability EUA LEEDuser Expert 463 thumbs up June 17, 2019- 11:01 pm the EBOM v4.1 Water Performance prereq requires process water consumption to be included; however the Energy Performance prereq does not specifically state "process energy consumption" within the reference guide language but rather 'total building energy'.  My guess is that GBCI will require you to enter both energy consuming end uses you listed above.
