EBOM-v4.1 EAp3:Energy Performance

LEED EB v4.1 - Data Centers

I am working on LEED v4.1 EB O&M Datacenter rating system, I haven't getting Energy Performance score.  Please advise how to enter the energy data i.e., Whole Facility Energy Consumption Separately or individual area viz HVAC, UPS, PDU, Utility, Others etc,

Please clarify the energy performance score for the Data centers under LEED v4.1 EB O&M.
