I realize this is most likely quite a basic question, but in V4.1 are allowable quality view areas only for those regularly occupied spaces within the 3x head height zone and all others do not...

The project contractor intends to do a full flush-out prior to occupancy.  Most of the furniture will be installed prior to flush-out, but on particular oder has been delayed and may not arrive...
