Hello cristina, yes! Our team will pursue ACP Green Leases for several projects. After conversations with GBCI our uploads will be, as stated in the LEED Credit Library (Green Leases ACP | U.S. Green Building Council) the following documentatio will be provided in order to demonstrate compliance: Owner Compromise Letter, Green Leases draft, Evidence of participation in this forum, Completing the feedback survey, and Registration in ID category. Nonetheless, given that ACP does not award points in said category, the addittional 3 points will be claimed in Optimize Energy Performance Credit and the documentation for Green Leases will be provided in the special circumstances bin of Minimum Energy Performance Credit and on Pilot Credit uploads in the ID category.

Hello, our project team is pursuing the ACP path 1 option credit for review, as per credit librart states we are providing the following information: owner committment letter signed, green lease draft, evidence of forum and feedback survey participation, as well as ACP pilot registration via LEED Online. Do you think this will be sufficient to comply?

Our project is pursuing ACP Path 2 – Provide Executed Standard Green Lease (4 points). In addition to addressing the Green Lease requirements outlined under Path 1, we have included specific requirements for tenant lighting and ventilation systems to support the project's energy modeling, as well as requirements for plumbing fixtures to support compliance with the Indoor Water Use Reduction credit. By having these requirements incorporated into the executed Lease Agreements and signed by both the Owner and the Tenants, the project can earn credit for the efficiency of not-yet-installed future equipment and systems. For the ACP submission, we are providing a signed Green Lease Agreement between the Owner and each tenant, covering all tenants currently identified for the building. We are also providing evidence of participation in the required survey and evidence of our contribution to the ACP forum.
