Since building monitoring systems are already requied this is a low-cost Pilot credit that ties easily into most deisgns.

IPpc90 in LEED Online, v4, BD+C is "Social equity within the project team." Not "...the operations and maintenance staff." My comment is regarding the Project Team Pilot credit.

The LEED v3 reference book already refers to ASHRAE 90.1 "with errata but without addenda."  The v4 book only says "with errata."  Does that imply that all addenda to ASHRAE 90.1 must be followed...
