Hello! We are pursuing LEED NC 2009. Our project is a Data center office building which will be operated 24 hours, 365 days per year, with No transients, visitors or residents in the building.

Along the project boundary perimeter, where streets or non-motorized-rights-of-way do not intercept, there are some vegetation.
MPR 2 and LEED HC MRc6

LEED HC allows for the inclusion of 5% of DGSF as shelled space. How does this reconcile with MPR #2 'must be a whole building'?

I have a school that is approximately 180,000 sqft. I'm able to take exceptions for a large gym that is approximately 40,000 sqft and use PSZ in this area.
