I'm working on a project that has a solar array covering the majority of the roof. Can we exempt the panels from the roof calculations for Heat Island Reduction?

If the parking is entirely under the building, you should not need any additional compliance information. Also, I have area that is just ground, no landscape or hardscape is that excluded from the calculations?
