I have a question regarding the changes that can occur between the design phase and the construction phase:

If during the design phase a green roof was considered (where the credits have already been granted), but at the construction phase this roof change, how does it affect the points obtained? Do we have to redo the credits in the design phase?

Yes, for transparency of the project and consistency in the project application, when things change between design and construction (for better or for worse), you should redocument those credits that were affected if the changes were enough to impact the credit compliance or points threshold.
