Can ground level landscape be classified as Nonroof Measures?

Do areas with ground level landscape count towards any of the calculations? 

Also, I have area that is just ground, no landscape or hardscape is that excluded from the calculations?

Hi Antonio, If I'm reading your question correctly, yes, ground-level landscaping should contribute to the non-roof calcs. I have seen exceptions where there is underground parking, and the topmost level is at ground-level, and is vegetated, but is counted as a vegetated roof area. I'm not sure what your project has in place.  If you have ground area that is neither vegetated nor hardscape (I'm guessing something similar to a dirt path, but not quite gravel) it would just be part of your total site area, but non-compliant.
