Hi, Is a copy of the lease agreement stating that tenants must install co2 sensors in all densely occupied spaces required for v4 Core and Shell projects?

We have a project that consists of majorly tenant fit outs and all the densely occupied spaces within these areas will have CO2 sensors.

The project is totally mechanically ventilated .I am choosing adding CO2 sensors in dense areas for option 2 for additional points .What should be done in other small spaces ?Can we only add CO2 se

Can you meet the enhanced ventilation performance criteria by providing >30% ventilation for the building as a whole, even if you do not meet this performance for all zones/spaces?
