Hi,
Is a copy of the lease agreement stating that tenants must install co2 sensors in all densely occupied spaces required for v4 Core and Shell projects?
If not, can the project earn a point for just identifying all densely occupied spaces (i.e. gym) within the Core and Shell scope and install CO2 sensors? There will not be many within the CS scope.
Thanks!

You must either install the CO2 monitors if in your scope, or if you want to comply with that part of the credit but they're not in your scope, use a signed lease agreement.

Can just one signed lease agreement suffice or would signed lease agreements for all tenant spaces have to be provided?

Can a project achieve Exemplary Performance through the Lease Agreement?, the project team is going to specify the requirements of the credit and the installation of CO2 monitors to achieve it.

- Is there already an answer for this? TIA.

Can anyone point to a CIR or text in the v4 guide that defines a requirement for lease agreements? It is not clear to me from reading the v4 guide text how tenant fit-up spaces are to be treated with respect to CO2 monitoring.

To meet compliace with v4 C&S, do we need a mock HVAC floor plan as well identifying potential future "dense" space or will the binding lease language suffice?
