Can you meet the enhanced ventilation performance criteria by providing >30% ventilation for the building as a whole, even if you do not meet this performance for all zones/spaces? If there are 2 spaces /zones that are not in compliance but these spaces have GIS systems where ionization will improve IAQ to reduce outside air contaminants, does this suffice? Further, these two spaces have kitchen hoods which when activated will trigger makeup air from adjacent zones that have DOAS units. In these circumstances, each space meets the 30% increased ventilation performance.
