Hi,

Does anyone know if a v4 C&S project that is not have any densely occupied spaces in the C&S scope, can use the California Energy Code CO2 Monitoring requirements as proof in lieu of a signed TSLA to earn the Option 2 CO2 Sensors point? 

"5.506.2 Carbon dioxide (CO2) monitoring.

For all buildings or additions equipped with demand control ventilation, CO2 sensors and ventilation controls shall be specified and installed in accordance with the requirements of the California Energy Code, Section 120.1(c)(4)."
